The Tipsy Saguaro is Scottsdale's one of a kind mobile bar service that sets your event apart from the rest! Our self-serve option features frozen drink machines, all the garnishes, and a beautifully styled cart. You and your guests can enjoy on your own time, in your own way!

We'll consult with you on alcohol lists for the options you select. All you have to do is provide the alcohol, if desired.

What areas do you service?

Our price includes service in all Scottsdale and within 10 miles of 85251 for other cities. That includes most of Phoenix, Tempe and parts of Mesa. Outside areas available for an additional travel fee.

What's included with Option 1: Self-Serve Frozen Mobile Bar?

+ Signature Tipsy Cart for Self-Serve Use + 4 Hours Included (+ 1 hr setup & 1 hr breakdown) + 2 Cocktail Choices for Machine (frozen or chilled) + Alcohol Consultation (see note below) + 2 Craft Garnishes & 2 Rim Garnish Options + Choice of Color Scheme (Pink, Black, or Neutral) + 9 oz Quality Custom Tipsy Cups + Theme Napkins + Straws + General Liability Insurance *Client to purchase & supply alcohol if they would like that added into the drinks. What type of access does the Tipsy Jeep Cart need?

We need a 4.5' minimum access (such as an RV gate) and a paved path (cannot move long distances in gravel). In hot months, we'll also need to set up under a shaded area so that the drink machine can freeze properly. We'll also need access to a power source for the machine. Don't have a large enough access point? No problem! Our Option 2 Farmstand Cart would be perfect with either mimosas or bloody marys.

Are you able to provide the alcohol if we pay extra?

We are not able to do this. We are a dry hire, which means that we do not supply or sell alcohol in any way. We are happy to consult with you and tell you what you need to purchase to make your drinks the way you'd like them. This also saves you a lot of money in the long run!

How many drinks do the frozen drink machines serve?

Each tank will serve approx 56 - 9oz drinks. So all together, approx 112 - 9oz drinks. :)

What if I want to add on time to my rental service?

No problem! We're happy to keep the party going. For options 1 & 3, it's an extra $200/hr. For option 2, $100/hr. Full hours are billed, not partial hours.

Do you offer bartending services for any of your packages?

Not at this time. We anticipate opening up this part of the business at a later date. Keep inquiring!
